Welcome to the Circle by Joyeria, a private community built on authenticity, respect, and intention.

By applying for Access or participating in any Circle activity, you agree to uphold the standards that keep this space safe, meaningful, and scam-free.

1. Access & Participation

Circle gatherings operate under a structured access system designed to preserve the integrity, safety, and intended experience of each event.

Participation is available under two categories:
A. Circle Access (Member)
Annual Fee: ₱10,000
Valid for one (1) year from confirmation.

Available to individuals who have completed the Circle vetting process.
Your Access Card grants entry to private channels, gatherings, and the Circle directory.
Members receive: 

  • Preferred member event pricing
  • Priority registration for select gatherings
  • Access to Member-only experiences
  • 15% discount on Joyeria jewelry

Onsite identification: Blue Tyvek wristband

Circle by Joyeria reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke Access at its sole discretion to protect community integrity.

All requests must be sent to hello@joyeriacircle.com.

B. Circle-Curious (Guest)
No annual fee. No prior vetting required.
Guests:

  • Pay full public event pricing per gathering
  • May attend up to three (3) gatherings total across all Circle events

Circle-Curious is a limited introductory pathway.
After three (3) attended gatherings, vetting and payment of the annual fee are required to continue participating.

Onsite identification: White Tyvek wristband

HOW PARTICIPATION WORKS

  • Register for the event
  • Complete payment online
  • Receive your QR code
  • Check in onsite and receive your wristband

Attendance is recorded upon successful QR check-in.

Limits apply per individual.

ENFORCEMENT

The Circle reserves the right to enforce attendance limits, consolidate duplicate registrations for tracking purposes, and decline entry where access conditions have not been satisfied.

Entry may be refused even where a ticket has been purchased if participation requirements are not met.

2. Eligibility, Verification & Truthfulness

Access is open only to individuals who are single and legally eligible to date.

To maintain safety and authenticity, members are required to submit verification documents, which may include: 
  • LinkedIn profile
  • CENOMAR, Divorce Decree, or Annulment proof
  • Other reasonable documents necessary for identity and eligibility verification

Providing false, misleading, altered, or outdated information, or failing to update one’s status, may result in immediate suspension or termination of Access without refund.

Falsification of Documents
Submission of fake or falsified documents, including public records, may constitute Falsification of Public Documents under Philippine law and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

We ask for these requirements the way jobs do because love deserves real credentials.
This is how we keep the Circle genuine, intentional, and scam-free.

3. Events & Activities

Circle by Joyeria hosts a mix of complimentary and paid gatherings.
  • Paid events must be settled online prior to attendance
  • No on-site cash payments are accepted for safety and audit purposes
Event details, including venue, inclusions, attire, schedule, and requirements will be shared upon registration.

Participants are expected to treat all attendees, hosts, facilitators, and staff with courtesy, respect, and discretion at all times.

Events may be designated as: 
  • Men
  • Women
  • Men & Women
  • All-Gender Inclusive

4. Registration, Attendance & Entry

All event registrations must be completed online, including last-minute sign-ups or walk-ins (allowed only if slots remain).

A confirmation email serves as official proof of registration.
  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in
  • Late entry may be refused if it disrupts the program flow, safety, or group dynamics

Certain travel-based, progressive, or safety-dependent activities may strictly prohibit late entry.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

Event Participation

If Circle by Joyeria cancels an event: 
  • Registration fees are fully refundable or transferable
  • If a participant cancels: 
  • 72+ hours before the event: transferable to another event (subject to availability)
  • Less than 72 hours or no-show: non-refundable and non-transferable

All cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@joyeriacircle.com, stating your full name and specific request.

6. Minimum Participants & Schedule Changes

Some activities require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum is not met, Circle by Joyeria may adjust the format or reschedule the event.

Participants will be notified of any changes at least 48 hours in advance.

7. Photography & Media

Certain events may be documented through photos or videos.

By attending, you grant Circle by Joyeria permission to use such materials for internal and promotional purposes, unless the event is explicitly labeled “No Photography.”

While not all events will have official photographers, respectful documentation policies apply at all times.

8. Food, Physical Activities & Assumption of Risk

Circle by Joyeria collaborates with third-party venues, vendors, instructors, and facilitators.

By participating, you acknowledge that:
  • You are responsible for declaring any food allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions
  • Food and activity services are provided by third parties, and Circle by Joyeria is not liable for related incidents
  • Physical and recreational activities involve inherent risks
  • Participation in all activities is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

9. Confidentiality, Conduct & Waiver

Discretion and respect are essential to the Circle.

Members agree that: 
  • Personal information, conversations, and encounters within the Circle remain confidential
  • Harassment, discrimination, coercion, misrepresentation, or inappropriate conduct, online or offline, will not be tolerated

Waiver of Liability

By joining Circle by Joyeria and participating in any activity, you voluntarily waive and release Circle by Joyeria, its founders, officers, staff, partners, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct as defined by law.

Circle by Joyeria reserves the right to revoke Access without refund for misconduct or breach of trust.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal data and verification documents are handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
  • Data is used solely for identity verification and community management
  • Member information is not sold or shared without consent, except as required by law
  • Members may request data deletion or profile removal via email

11. Community Purpose

Circle by Joyeria is not a dating app or matchmaking service and does not guarantee romantic outcomes.

The Circle exists to support: 
  • Emotional readiness
  • Intentional, real-world encounters
  • Meaningful and respectful connection

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of the Philippines.

13. Agreement

By applying for Access, registering for events, or making any payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
