Welcome to Joyeria Circle, a private community built on authenticity, respect, and intention.

By becoming a member of the Circle, you agree to uphold the values that make this space safe, meaningful, and scam-free.

1. Access

Annual Access is ₱10,000, renewed every year.

Your Access Card opens the door to private channels, gatherings, and the Circle directory.

Joyeria Circle reserves the right to approve or decline applications to maintain community integrity.

Access Cancellation: The 90-Day Dating Rule

We follow the “90-Day Dating Rule.”

You may request cancellation after completing your first 90 days, giving you time to experience the Circle because, like dating, clarity comes with genuine involvement.

Cancellation requests are accepted within that 3-month window only.

After this period, Access becomes non-refundable, as your participation and presence have already shaped the Circle.

2. Eligibility & Verification

Members must be single and eligible to date.

Verification documents (LinkedIn, NBI Clearance, CENOMAR / Divorce / Annulment proof, etc.) are required for safety and authenticity.

Providing false information or failing to update your status may result in suspension or termination of Access.

Yes, we ask for these like job requirements, because love deserves real credentials too. It’s how we keep the Circle genuine and scam-free.

3. Events & Activities

Some gatherings are complimentary; others may require separate participation fees.

All event fees must be settled online prior to attendance.

For safety, no on-site cash payments will be accepted.

Event details like venue, inclusions, attire, schedules, and requirements will be shared upon registration.

Participants are expected to treat all attendees, hosts, and staff with courtesy and discretion.

Events may be labeled:
  • Men
  • Women
  • Men & Women
  • All Gender Inclusive

4. Registration, Attendance & Walk-ins

All event registrations must be completed online, including last-minute sign-ups or walk-ins (allowed only if slots remain).

A confirmation email will serve as your proof of registration.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the event to allow for check-in.

Late arrivals are welcome only if the activity flow permits.

Travel-based, progressive, or safety-dependent events may strictly prohibit late entry.

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers

Event Cancellations

If Joyeria Circle cancels an event:
Your slot is fully refundable or transferable.

If the participant cancels:
  • 72+ hours before: transferable to another event (subject to availability)
  • Less than 72 hours or no-show: non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Access Cancellations (90-Day Rule)
  • Allowed only after completing 90 days
  • Valid only within the 3-month window
  • After the 3-month window, Access becomes non-refundable
All cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@joyeriacircle.com. Kindly include your name, specific refund request.

6. Minimum Participants & Schedule Adjustments

Some events require a minimum attendance.

If the minimum is not reached, Joyeria Circle may adjust or reschedule.
Any changes will be communicated at least 48 hours before the event.

7. Photography & Media Consent

Some events may be documented. By attending, you grant Joyeria Circle permission to use event photos or videos for internal and promotional use, unless the event is labeled as “No Photography.”

Not all gatherings will have a photographer, but respectful documentation policies still apply.

8. Food, Activities & Liability Waiver

Joyeria Circle works with third-party suppliers for food, venues, workshops, and physical activities.

By joining, you acknowledge that:
  • You are responsible for declaring any food allergies or sensitivities.
  • Joyeria Circle is not liable for food-related issues (allergies, reactions, contamination, food poisoning).
  • Physical activities carry inherent risks.
  • Joyeria Circle is not liable for injuries or issues arising from third-party instructors, venues, or providers.
  • Participation is fully voluntary and at your own discretion.

9. Confidentiality & Conduct

Respect and discretion are essential.

Personal information, conversations, and encounters shared within the Circle must remain confidential.

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior (online or offline) will not be tolerated.

Joyeria Circle reserves the right to revoke Access for misconduct or breach of trust.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information and verification documents are handled securely and used only for identity confirmation and community management.

We do not sell or share member data with third parties without consent.

You may request data deletion or profile removal at any time via email.

11. Community Integrity

Joyeria Circle is not a dating app or matchmaking service.

We do not guarantee romantic matches.

The Circle exists to support emotional readiness, intentional encounters, and meaningful connection.

We encourage honesty, accountability, and respect in every interaction.

12. Agreement

By applying for Access, registering for an event, and/or paying any associated fees, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
